Total Lunar Eclipse was the last major event for the year of 2011 and luckily it was visible from, where I live, Rajkot, Gujarat. Equipped with Canon EOS 100D, an entry level DSLR from Canon, along with an 18-55mm Kit lens, I decided to take some pictures with primary intention of creating a decent time-lapse movie from it. Since I didn't have an intervalometer, I decided to use the inbuilt Continous shot feature taking 10 shots at a time.
A total of 306 shots were taken totalling to 778 MB which I need to process to bring out presentable images.
I'll keep updating this post as I process images.
And here is small timelapse video of December 10, 2011 Lunar Eclipse from Rajkot, Gujarat
